Sewage suction part:

1. Function: The special part of the suction truck consists of a power take-off, a transmission shaft, a vacuum suction pump, a pressure tank, a hydraulic part,a pipe network system, a vacuum pressure gauge, a feces viewing window, a hand washing device, etc. The vehicle is equipped with a high-power vacuum suction pump and a high-quality hydraulic system. The tank head is die-cast once, the tank can be opened from behind, and the double top is self-unloading. The dirt in the tank can be directly dumped through the rear cover, with high vacuum (greater suction than the fecal suction truck), large tonnage, high efficiency and wider application;




2. Working principle: The vehicle is started, the power take-off is hung, and the sewage suction pump is driven. The sewage suction pump operates to extract the air in the sewage tank.
Since the sewage suction hose is always immersed in the liquid surface, the air in the sewage tank is sucked out and becomes thinner and thinner because it cannot be replenished, causing the pressure in the tank to be lower than the atmospheric pressure. The sewage enters the tank through the sewage suction hose under atmospheric pressure;




High-pressure cleaning part:
1. Function: The blocked pipe is flushed open by the strong pressure generated by high-pressure water flow. The main components are tank body, high-pressure pump, hydraulic system, etc. High-pressure cleaning vehicles are mainly used to clean urban sewers, sediments in pipelines, and dredge dead corner mud ditches. They can also be used to clean industrial drainage pipelines, walls, etc., and clean roads and square floors.








2. Working principle: The vehicle starts, the sandwich power take-off is hung, and the high-pressure pump is driven. The water is pressurized to hundreds of atmospheres through the high-pressure water generating device, and then converted into high-speed fine jet water through the small-aperture injection device. The speed of this jet water has huge striking energy and can complete different types of tasks. The technology of using this highly concentrated water jet to complete various pipeline dredging and desilting operations is called "high-pressure pipeline dredging".
