Refrigerated trucks are commonly used to transport frozen food (refrigerated trucks), dairy products (dairy trucks), vegetables and fruits (fresh trucks), vaccines and medicines (vaccine trucks), etc. Refrigerated trucks are special refrigerated transport vehicles equipped with refrigeration units and polyurethane insulation compartments. Refrigerated trucks can be classified according to chassis carrying capacity, compartment type, and refrigeration unit.Refrigerated trucks can be divided into the following types,
1) According to the brand of the truck, there are Dongfeng, FAW, HOWO, Isuzu, Shaanxi Automobile, Iveco, Cummins, and JAC refrigerated trucks;
2) According to the driving mode: 4X2, 4X4, 6X4, 6X6, 8X4, 10X4 refrigerated trucks;
3) According to the temperature requirements during transportation, there are refrigerated trucks for fresh goods transportation, with a temperature requirement of about -5°C, and frozen goods (meat, seafood, ice cream) transportation, with a temperature requirement of about -16°C.The freezer box uses high-quality insulation materials, and the surface can be selected from fiberglass, color steel plate, aluminum alloy or stainless steel, with 80mm polyurethane foam in the middle to ensure perfect insulation.Refrigeration unit brands are available, such as: Themo King, Carrier, Chinese brands Hanxue, Huatai, etc.
According to the power supply method, one is the refrigeration unit powered by the car engine through PTO, and the other is powered by a separate power unit.
